Our Purpose

To recruit, retain, and support top-quality teachers, principals, and administrators for the urban schools in Cincinnati, Covington and Newport. We are looking for educators who can and do make a difference – who welcome challenges and count success one student at a time.

In addition to some of the most livable neighborhoods to be found anywhere, we offer ongoing education at local colleges and universities and through our innovative “Professional Development with Results” online clearinghouse for PD with proven classroom results.
